Eleganz Interiors is engaged in the business of providing interior fit-out solutions. The company mainly focuses on designing corporate and commercial spaces, such as corporate offices, R&D facilities, laboratories, airport lounge, flexible workspaces, etc.
It offers Design & Build services (D&B) and General Contracting (GC) services. Under D&B, it offers end-to-end services such as designing, resource planning & procurement, project execution, shop drawings, and others while under GC services, it provides civil and interior works, mechanical work, electrical work and final refinements such as window installment, wall finishing, etc.
The firm bids for tenders issued by large MNCs, project management consultants, and international property consultants tenders and then projects are awarded on work order basis.
In the last 3 FY ending on Sep 30, 2024, it has completed 200+ projects across 45 lakhs sw ft area. As on Dec 31, 2024, 47 projects across 12 cities are ongoing worth Rs 43,486.33 lakhs.
The firm has a diverse customer base across industries, i.e., IT, banking & financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, FMCG, oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate, and others.
